Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

All Orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your Order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your Order has shipped.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your Order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

For customized Orders, we will advise anticipated delivery time at the time of customization consultation.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates as per current policy at the time of placing the order will be applicable for shipments within United States.

For orders shipped outside United States, shipping charges will be based on destination and shipping services used.

Shipping charges for your Order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Delivery estimates provided during the checkout process are based on your selected shipping method and delivery location.

In the event that a non-delivery occurs on account of a mistake by the Customer (i.e., wrong name or address or any other wrong information), any extra cost incurred by Store for redelivery shall be claimed from the Customer.

4. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 48 hours.

5. Shipping Destinations

We ship domestically and internationally. Note that there are restrictions on some Products for certain international destinations.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

The Store is not responsible for any custom duties or taxes applied to your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the Customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

7. Damages

Our goal is your 100% satisfaction. If your Products are damaged or lost during shipping or transportation, please email us promptly (within 24 hours of delivery or expected delivery) at info@fayruh.com. Please ensure to provide the following information when reporting damaged or lost Orders.

  • Picture of outer packaging
  • Picture of inside packaging
  • Picture of damaged part of Products
  • Order number
  • Shipment Tracking Number
  • Date and time of delivery (in case of damaged Orders)
  • Pictures of damages

Please save all packaging materials and damaged Products before filing a claim with us. We will request you to send the materials back to us for investigation and insurance claim purposes.

8. International Shipping Policy

We offer international shipping to certain countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT – Value Added Tax), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. The Store is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the Customer.
