1. Introduction Welcome to Fay-ruh LLC (“Fayruh”) dba 'The Akshra'. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of ‘The Akshra’ store on Shopify (Store).

By accessing this Store, we assume that you accept these terms and conditions. We may make changes to the Store, these Terms & Conditions, or the policies and conditions that govern the use of the Store at any time. We encourage you to review the Store and these terms periodically for any updates or changes. Please do not continue to use the Store if you do not agree to all the terms and conditions stated on this page. Your continued access or use of the Store shall be deemed as your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

2. Definitions

"Customer" refers to any individual or entity that purchases Products from The Akshra through the Store.
"Products" refers to the products offered for sale on our Store.
"Store" refers to ‘The Akshra’ store on Shopify.
“Order” refers to purchase made through Store. All orders for purchase constitutes customer "offer" which shall be subject to the terms and conditions as listed below. Store reserves the right to accept or reject any offer.

3. Orders

All Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the Products ordered are not available, you will be notified via email and you will have the option to wait until the item is available from stock or to cancel your Order.
Store reserves the right to not accept any Order.

4. Pricing and Payment

· All prices are listed in US Dollars, and do not include local taxes, internal duties and shipping charges.

· Payment can be made through the secured payment link provided at the check-out page of the Store.

We reserve the right to change our prices at any time without notice.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping costs, if applicable, are calculated at checkout and are based on the shipping method, location, and requested delivery service.
Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and do not constitute a binding contract.
The Akshra is not responsible for delays caused by delivery carriers or customs clearance.

6. Returns, Refunds and Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped, and the shipping notification is issued.
Your satisfaction is our top priority. If we missed any element in the fitting, we will make it right for you. If you are not 100% satisfied, we will accept return of the Product per the guidelines outlined below.
Returns and refunds are not applicable for customized Products.
For standard Products, you have the right to return Products within 7 days of receipt of Product for a full refund or exchange, provided the Products are in their original condition, including any labels and tags placed on Products and packaging.
Used or altered products will not be refunded or replaced under any circumstances. Refund will only be for the cost of Products. Shipping charges will not be refunded.

Refunds for returned and cancelled Orders will be processed within approximately 10 days of receiving the returned Products.

7. Warranty and Liability

Store is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Products.
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the Products.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our Products that appear in the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
Certain content, Products and services available via our Store may include materials from third parties. Third-party links, including but not limited to social media Stores and applications, on this Store may direct you to third-party Stores that are not affiliated with us. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy and we do not warrant and will not have any liability or responsibility for any third-party materials or Stores, or for any other materials, products, or services of third parties.

The Akshra cannot be held liable for failure to fulfill one of its commitments to the Customer, if this failure is due to a case of force majeure such as war, strike (in-house or at one of its service providers), lock-out, accident, fire, ice, flood, bad weather, interruption or suspension of means of communication and/or transport, blockade, blockage of exports, prohibited import or export, cessation of production or delivery, regulatory decision of an administrative supervisory body, etc.

· The Akshra names and logos and all related Products and services and The Akshra slogans are the trademarks or service marks of Fayruh LLC. All other marks are the property of their respective companies. No trademark or service mark license is granted in connection with the materials contained on this Store. Access to this Store does not authorize anyone to use any name, logo or mark in any manner.

· All materials, including images, text, illustrations, designs, icons, photographs, programs, music clips or downloads, video clips and written and other materials that are part of this Store (collectively, the "Contents") are intended solely for use by Store.

· The Contents and software on this Store may be used only as a shopping resource. Any other use, including the reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication, display, or performance, of the Contents on this Store is strictly prohibited.
